Health Insurance & Payment Options
In-Network & Commercial Plans
We work with most major commercial health insurance carriers, including Premera Blue Cross, Regence, Kaiser Permanence, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and more. (Cigna would be available soon)
Coverage for chiropractic treatments, manual therapy, and active rehabilitation depends on your specific individual plan.
Understanding Your Benefits
-
A fixed dollar amount set by your plan (typically $20–$50) paid at each appointment.
-
A percentage split of the allowed treatment cost between you and your insurer (e.g., you pay 20%, your insurance covers 80%). Coinsurance generally kicks in after your annual deductible is satisfied.
-
The annual amount you pay out-of-pocket before insurance cost-sharing activates.
-
The absolute safety cap on your healthcare expenses for the calendar year.
Every dollar you pay toward your deductible, copays, and coinsurance counts directly toward your OOP Max.
Once your OOP Max is reached, your health insurance covers 100% of all medically necessary covered chiropractic services for the remainder of that calendar year.
-
Most policies offer an annual visit limit (often 12 to 30 visits per calendar year).
-
In Washington State, you do not need a medical doctor's referral to begin chiropractic care.
